Out soon: Philosophy as the Art of Living

There seems to be great interest in my new course Philosophy as the Art of Living. Hundreds have downloaded the course syllabus. And many of you have emailed me to inquire when the course will be available for enrolment.

I'm happy to share that I can now confirm the course will open for enrolment next week. The title of the course is inspired by Cicero who refers to philosophy as ars vitae: The art of life. Philosophy concerns all of life and especially ethics, how we live together well.

In good Ciceronean fashion the course brings into dialogue thinkers of various epochs and conceptions of life to write a new symphony of what the good life might mean for us today in the 21st century.

The first 60 of you will gain access to this year's cohort.

The kind of philosophy that is life-affirming and embellishing. But don't take my word for it. Here is what one of my students says: "I'm throughly enjoying this course, aside from the extremely generous pricing, it's a great way to engage with philosophy in a pressure free way when I need a break...
